Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase from ITSFRIDAY. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days after you receive them.
- Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tag/label still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt when returning the product.
- Refund & Exchange: Once we receive and check your return, you may choose a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping:
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or wrong, return shipping is free and covered by us.
- If the reason is personal (e.g. change of mind, wrong size chosen), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
